PowerPlug Ltd, provider of PC Power Management software solutions since 2009, announced today the promotion of Mr. Nimrod Yedaya to the position of VP Customer Services, dedicated to the company’s growing number of corporate clients.
Mr. Yedaya holds a BSc in Communication Systems Engineering from BGU and has over seven years of experience in customer service, technical support, and customer relationships. He joined PowerPlug in 2012 as Customer Support Manager and has been responsible for the ongoing management, communications, and support of the company’s top clients, including Clalit Health Services, Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, Maccabi Health Services, Rafael Defense Systems, and more.
In his new role, Mr. Yedaya will continue to oversee all professional communications and support for PowerPlug’s clients across the board.
